The Sealey SA152 is a 100mm air angle grinder engineered for professional grinding, cutting and surface preparation tasks in automotive, fabrication and general workshop applications. Built with a lightweight composite body, this pneumatic grinder minimises operator fatigue during extended use whilst effectively reducing vibration transfer and cold transmission that's common with metal-bodied alternatives. The tool operates at 12,000rpm free speed with a 90psi working pressure and modest 4cfm air consumption, making it compatible with most workshop compressor setups. The rear exhaust incorporates a noise-reducing baffle to lower operational sound levels, whilst the safety throttle lever prevents accidental activation during handling or when setting down between tasks.
