The playhouse is constructed from 12mm shiplap cladding and is supplied with shutters window boxes and butterfly motif for character. The base must be solid flat and level and must be a concrete paved or decked area no smaller than the size of the chosen product. The base must be prepared by the customer before installation can begin.
