The integral Chain Brake System is designed to automatically cut the power if the chainsaw kicks back when slicing through wet or damp timber and so ensures greater safety for the operator. The chain itself is a low kickback chain, for slicing through timber with ease, no matter whether the lumber is wet or dry. The chain can be set up, swapped out, adjusted and tightened in the field thanks to the tool-free chain tensioning knob for quick and easy maintenance. The auto oil system, lubricates the chain as it is used, reducing wear and improving cutting efficiency. Oil can easily topped up thanks to easy fill oil system which incorporates a large viewing window to prevent spillages when filling. Metal bucking spikes around the chain improve the overall stability of each cut, allowing extra control and preventing the chainsaw from bucking and skipping when hitting a knot or cutting cross grain.
