The Siegen S01046 is a compact air belt sander designed for precision sanding work in confined spaces and difficult-to-reach areas. Built with a durable aluminium housing, this pneumatic tool features an articulated sanding arm that provides excellent manoeuvrability around awkward angles and tight corners, making it particularly effective for bodywork applications such as sanding around door-shuts and panel edges. Operating at 90psi with a 7cfm air consumption, the sander delivers a free speed of 15,700rpm whilst maintaining a lightweight profile at just 0.8kg. The heavy-duty nose roller ensures consistent belt contact, while the integrated belt tracking control keeps the 10 x 330mm sanding belt properly aligned during operation. One-handed trigger operation allows for precise control and reduced operator fatigue during extended use. Ideal for light garage use, this air belt sander comes supplied with three sanding belts to get you started, with replacement belts readily available when required.
