These tools are used through the front panel allowing the front panel to be slid forward and held in the service position. Three sizes are available 17mm x 2 (OEM 3369). Popular on many engines. 8mm x 2 (OEM 3411) Popular on Passat 1.9 TDi PD and 1.6, 2.0. Sharan 1.9 TDi PD. 10mm x 2 Recently introduced on some of the later models.
