From the barrel pumpstaps & accessories category: The Draper Lever Action Barrel Pump is perfect for use with steel barrels with a capacity of 100 to 205L (maximum). There is an aluminium diecast head and a bung nut with a zinc plated curved discharge spout with a 19.5mm diameter and a lever handle. The telescopic suction tube (supplied) attaches to base of the pump to reach the bottom of the barrel.
